ENO ENTER
The European NeuroTrauma Exchange and Research Program
What is it?
- Europe-wide exchange program for research or clinical internships
- For junior ENO members (i.e., students, post-docs, resident doctors)
- 1,000€ scholarship for 3 weeks (minimum) internship at a partner laboratory or healthcare facility
- In the current application phase (September 2025), up to 7 scholarships will be awarded
- To learn new skills and methods, and foster European collaboration
- Hosted by the ENO Working Group on Education & Capacity Building
How does it work?
General procedure:
- Principal investigators (PI) apply as hosts at ENO (deadline: Aug. 10th, 2025)
- Junior ENO members apply as participants at ENO (deadline: Sept. 15th)
- ENO pre-selects applications and forwards them to hosting PIs
- Hosting PIs and participants match and define project
- 3 weeks stay abroad takes place (between October 2025 and March 2026)
- Host and participant provide project summary and feedback (deadline: 4 weeks after end of exchange)

How do I apply?
Deadline for junior ENO members: September 15th, 2025.

- Rationale for application to ENO ENTER, and the specific PI/lab
- What project would you like to work on?

Support letter by PI: Including:
- Why the student is an appropriate fit for this exchange program with comment on their performance
- How would this exchange benefit the student, with further comment on wider benefits to the lab group, career progression of the student etc. if applicable
- Proof of ENO membership
